Do you have discounts?
We don’t run any regular discounts. Occasionally, we will have a sale. When we do, it is announced on our Facebook and Instagram.
Do you buy comics?
Totally! We buy collections and individual books. Email us with a list or pictures, or bring your books to any Comicon we’re and we can go from there.
We buy all comics from most eras. The value of your comics are entirely dependent on demand and condition. Later comics from the 1990’s and up mostly have modest low value (there are exceptions, absolutely).
Comic books we are most interested in are :
- 1930s, 1940s and 1950s books have 10c on their covers
- 1960s comic books all have 12c or 15c on their covers
- 1970s comics originally cost 20c, 25c, 30c or 35c
- And yes, pretty much anything else from the 80’s forward pending condition and demand.
We also buy vintage toys (Star Wars, G.I. Joe, Transformers, Micronauts, Masters of the Universe) and other pop culture items.
I expected to be offered more?
Why was I only offered this much?
- If there is any odour in or on the items (such as cigarette smoke), the value is substantially less.
- Prices are based on an item’s condition, how complete it is, and our current inventory.
- A retail business cannot pay full retail / guide / eBay value for any item. We can only offer you a percentage of the prices you may see in a price guide or on our shelves. Please understand that this is just the nature of a retail store: we may sit on an item for months or years before it sells, and the markup we make on an item is what pays for our overhead. If you need to get an amount much closer to retail or guide value, your best bet is to sell directly through eBay, FB Marketplace, or a local convention.
- Unfortunately, sometimes certain collectibles are just not worth what you think they might be. There are many items for which we have a high supply and/or a low demand, so we are unable to even make an offer on them! We will let you know whether you should sell them to a buyer that might need them more than we do, or if they might be better donated to friends / family / favourite charity.
What grade are your comics?
Books listed over $15 will have a grade assigned. We do our utmost to adhere to Common Grading Standards. All images provided on our site are actual scans.

Does my order come bagged and boarded?
Totally! Every book, whether $3 or $2000 is sent in a new bag and board.
How does my order ship?
Letter packages are secured between two pieces of rigid cardboard and mailed in an envelope. Boxed packages are secured with plenty of bubble wrap and packing paper. Packages within Canada are sent via Canada Post. All shipments include tracking.
